“I have had trouble on new years Eve before but this booking was stress free. The driver arrived exactly on time and was polite and helpful. Booking and paying in advance meant no worries about having the cash on the night. Quick quitems on Web also very easy and useful. ”

“Unfortunately the original driver went to the via address instead of the collection point and had to send another one and was therefore 1/2 hour late, meaning that other members of the party also had to wait around in the freezing cold. Could you make a partial refund? Thank you”
