“Although the car was on time to meet me the driver was not where I requested him to be to meet me nor did he have a sign with my name on. He also parked in the long term car park at Terminal 5 which meant a pod journey and parking that cost him £35. The short term parking is right at the terminal and much cheaper!! At times on the motorway his speed was in excess of 110mph which horrified and scared me. ”
