“Driver was not just on time but earlier, which was great!!! He was very focused on getting us to the train on time but safely, I didn’t feel endangered or that we were going too fast at any time. He helped me with my bags on and off and also made sure we knew where to go when he dropped us off so we could get to the station on time (which we got there early, thanks to our driver).”

“I demand a refund as the taxi did not turn up until 30 minutes after the booked time by which time I had to make alternative arrangements in order to make our train connection. We did phone you twice and you were unable to give us an estimated arrival time and you hung up on us both times. Please refund immediately. Thank you. ”

“I was advised by SMS at 12:30, 10 min before our booking that a Mercedes E class was assigned … I had not requested or reserved a saloon car, I had requested a Vito for its size … it was appropriate for the occasion and my mobility. I replied to the SMS accordingly. On arrival at the pickup we were met by an inarticulate driver with a decrepit bone-shaking Ford Transit which was wholly inappropriate in every respect. The experience was appalling. ”
