We booked the taxi as a favour for an old friend so he could get to a surprise party , we booked and paid as Jack has no money bless him , but he informed us the taxi never arrived ….

I had to cancel due to he bad weather. I tried calling and left a voicemail but no one has got back to me to offer a refund. Please could you issue a refund at your earliest convenience?
