“I specifically ordered an 8 seater minibus to accommodate 5 passengers, a wedding dress, 3 bridesmaids dresses, mother of the bride outfit and accessories plus overnight luggage for all passengers. However, we were provided with a vehicle to fit 5 passengers meaning the dresses and luggage were squashed into the car. I was advised by the driver that we hadn't been given an 8 seater as I had put 5 passengers on the booking form. However, I had advised when booking that the above luggage etc was being brought, hence the reason for booking an 8 seater. This caused unnecessary stress on the wedding day as the dresses had to be decreased on our arrival at the venue before photos could be taken”

“Driver had a cracked windscreen which was definitely illegal to drive. Also didn’t wear a seatbelt for the whole of the drive (approx 30 minutes). He didn’t track our flight as stated he would so didn’t know we had been delayed by around 30 minutes but fortunately for us it was within the waiting time.”
