“I have had the most awful experience with Trio cars and in general I shall never use this service again. After arriving in Gatwick with my wife (just recently gotten married) I had booked a Saloon car to fit 2 suits cases inside as when the car would’ve barely fit my own suitcase and backpack leaving behind the rest of our luggage. When booking a saloon car and you expect a decent sized car where it specifies can fit up to 2 suitcases, you are to have 2 suitcases fit and the rest with you in the back of the car.
Not only was this embarrassing to have happen late at night when I spoke to a person on the phone he threatened me saying that I had to pay more for more of the luggage to be in the car and not only that saying words like “we already have your money and don’t need you”, “if you don’t wish to pay us you have to find another way home” etc …
This is utterly disgusting and downright horrible, so then in order for my newly wed wife and I to get home we had to pay for a £120 cab from the airport which is not what I had wanted to do but had no choice seeing as the driver had left and having already paid £137 for your service I am utterly disappointed with this.
I expect to hear back from someone soon and in talk about a refund because not only was I threatened by a third company provider which you set me up with but also £120 short for a another taxi to get home at 1am in the morning!!!

“Driver was early and rang to organise a different pickup location as he couldn't get to the original one due to traffic restrictions. I was in a rush to get a flight and without the quality driving from my driver I don't think I would have made the flight. Highly recommended!”
