“I thought I had booked a Daventry taxi, but the taxi was from Leicester; the roles of Orcars and Taxicode was not clear, they seem to have different terms and conditions. The order clearly showed in writing the request for two child booster seats, but none supplied. Luckily we had our own seats at the pick-up property, and these were used and retained for the return journey, although this was with a different driver and vehicle. I have a further booking on 13th July and it is important that the booster seats are provided as requested. ”
