Vehicle went to wrong house, when I came out to find him he was 5 houses away and I had to walk to him. As an 80 year old woman with poor mobility not the best. Also cab back from venue at midday was a 3rd cheaper, so no value for money at all.

He left us at the wrong place I showed him address to hotel snd said he couldn’t find it. He got a bit angry snd frustrated. He called dispatch and they gave wrong address. We got left at wrong place. It was a bad experience because we had to walk and there was no help. He should’ve listened to my instructions.
