“Our journey from The Kings Arms to Frithsden was perfect. The driver was on time and everything was fine and we did tip the driver. The return journey was a disaster. The pick up was for 11:40 pm. We were waiting outside the house at 11:43 pm and the driver was not there. This was a wedding and there were many other taxis picking up but not ours. We had a US cell phone and the reception was poor and no wifi so we never were able to contact the driver. We waited for about half an hour, no taxi showed up for us. Fortunately some friends were able to give us a lift. We would like some compensation for this inconvenience please.”
