I specifically requested child seats and the driver informed me when we got to the car that there was a mix up and he thought I had car seats. I thought I was very clear when I ordered the taxi. I was very disappointed. When we got to our destination it felt like the driver kicked us out of the car. No help with our luggage or even a god bye

Leaving did not recieve the MPV that i had ordered but nonetheless we were able to get all our luggage into the prius. On the return journey we had to change the date of our journey which was easy and was a very pleasant journey, however they did not cancel the original booking so some poor chap went to the airport called me, when we weren't there so i told him to take it up with the dispatch unit. Not my fault otherwise good service.

On the outward journey our taxi was not there and after several telephone calls he eventually arrived approximately 20 minutes late. The fun really started on the return journey. Again no taxi and again after several telephone calls in which we were told he was on his way we were told that he had broken down and, therefore, no taxi. We then had to take 2 taxis (one to Wimbledon Station and another to St Pancras) and arrived with just a few minutes to spare for our train. I am disabled (cannot walk for more than a couple of minutes) and this was the reason for ordering the taxi. The extra taxis cost us £67.04 in total and I am still awaiting my money back onto my debit card for the original booking. Plus the difference in price between the journeys. I will not hesitate to sue if this money is not in my back account within the next 3 days. My bank details are sort code 54 41 50, account number 04137892, name Mrs W Mellor.
