“Absolutely great. match we went to watch was called off and i rang the driver and he picked us up earlier and was really polite and was excellent at the wheel. i will 100% recommend your firm.”

“Due to traffic issues on the roads, the event we were running started late so during the evening I called and texted the driver (using the details sent to me in advance of the trip by Taxicode) as we needed to delay our pick up time by an hour. It turns out that the details Taxicode had sent me were not correct (wrong driver, so wrong number) and none of messages had therefore been received. Eventually, the right driver called me - but had been waiting for us not knowing where we were and had to leave for another job. We therefore lost the ability to reorganise our pick up - and had to pay again for new taxis that we had to order locally - leaving us £130 out of pocket. Please can someone contact me to arrange a refund as this was a Taxicode error in sending me the wrong contact details for the driver.”
