“25 mins to collect us. We were on the way to a wedding so this was very important. Said he would be 15 mins late but got later and later and wasn't apologetic at all. On the way home, he called to ask if we were ready. I asked if it was ok to come later, he said that was fine, then told us in the car he would be charging us extra. He was very rude and unpleasant.”

“Actual rides excellent, as we're both drivers. Your company was let down by it's in flexibility in allowing amendments to our booking even a week before. We shall be trying a more amenable, customer focused firm for future bookings”

“No child seat was provided. The information asking for a child seat was not passed on to the Taxi provider and this is a known issue. The mark up is approximately three times the price compared to directly calling the taxi provider. No compensation offered by Taxicode customer services.”

“Arrival they were 30 minutes early (which is fine) The return journey they only arrived with 2 taxis and the others arrived over an hour late - zero communication and meant my staff missed there designated trains. Very poor service.”
