“I had a very poor experience and suggest you have a long way to go. Very poor service, very over priced. Reasons - I had call numbers to find the car reg and where it was for the pick up. First number given was a wrong number. There was no pick up call/message from either Taxicode or the car company. Driver was a nice enough guy but got the route wrong, even with a sat nav, so making me miss my train. We should have had ample time. He didn’t know the system re payment. He insisted I had to pay cash even though I had pre paid. So the result was he dropped me a 5 minute walk from destination and wouldn't let me leave as he was adamant I had to pay cash. I wish it had been cash. I would have been able to pay an actual amount relative to the dreadful service. It was very, very overpriced-the actual fare was 45, but the charge 57. ”
