“Isby was an excellent driver, always focused on road and driving safely. He made lots of friendly conversation regarding our visit to Alton Towers today and made the journey back home (for two exhausted people) very entertaining and enjoyable. “When the taxi was due, we received a message that the job had been passed to Westside Taxis and would be approx 22min. Then, part way up the drive of the venue another group started embarking. This confusion could have been avoided had my What3Words reference (sent by text mid afternoon) been used. Given the pre-paid premium fare, I think it's not unreasonable to expect the taxi to arrive punctually and the driver to check our identity before loading. ”
