“We booked a car from Crewe Station to Peckforton Castle under booking reference TCB73544BE549 at 3pm on 30 Aug. We were notified that our original driver couldn’t make it and a new driver was coming at 3.10pm. We sent photos of where we were waiting and then 10min later, since no one had arrived, we messaged again and were informed we had to meet at the carpark. We rang the receptionist to inform him we had heavy & big luggage and had been waiting for some time, so if the driver could meet us instead that would be great. Instead of explaining why or the next steps, he hung up the phone. We were confused but we made our way to the carpark, and it is now 3.45pm and we are still unable to find the driver. The WhatsApp number has blocked us now so we can’t even get another car booking. Your receptionist was incredibly rude and has left us stranded. This is not acceptable. Please refund us for this trip as it never happened and the service was shocking and disappointing. We have another ride with you booked for Tuesday Sep 1 morning. We hope this is not the same service. Thank you.”

“Isby was an excellent driver, always focused on road and driving safely. He made lots of friendly conversation regarding our visit to Alton Towers today and made the journey back home (for two exhausted people) very entertaining and enjoyable. If we need a taxi in Derbyshire again, we'll be sure to give him a call.”

“When the taxi was due, we received a message that the job had been passed to Westside Taxis and would be approx 22min. Then, part way up the drive of the venue another group started embarking. This confusion could have been avoided had my What3Words reference (sent by text mid afternoon) been used. Given the pre-paid premium fare, I think it's not unreasonable to expect the taxi to arrive punctually and the driver to check our identity before loading. ”
