“It would have helped if the driver had been given our flight number so he could check arrival times (my husband had phoned up the company and checked this) as it was our flight was delayed and he was good enough to wait but it was quite stressful as when I rang him to explain the delay he asked us to try to get through as soon as possible as he had to make another pick up in half an hour which clearly wasn't possible, also there was confusion about the meeting point, which kept changing as he tried to make it easier, suggesting different points, which it wasn't always possible to hear on mobile in a busy airport. However the driver was pleasant and did wait but I would go back to using the airport car parks as it's less stressful on arrival.”
