“The driver was telling us to walk around to a different place which we didn’t know were it was then when he finally arrived to the correct pick up he then took us to the wrong address then was saying he couldn’t she us to the right address cus he had somewhere to be so we had to get out and pay another different taxi firm to get home we want a refund from the money that we’ve still been charged when weren’t even taken to the right address”
