communication on arrival poor, we had to repeatedly call to get info, wrong info given, driver eventually arrived 30 mins after last advice

I had a really horrible experience using this service. For the initial trip, we were less than 20mins late because the flight was slightly delayed and the taxi company threatened to leave. They insisted that if were going to be late at all we’d pay them a fee-I declined because the booking stated that a wait time of 40 mins was acceptable. Also the driver didn’t wait at the arrival lounge, we had to go meet him at the car park contrary to the impression given when the service was booked. My worst experience was that of the return trip. I had stated four suitcases and four passengers when booking. The driver said he was told we had only two suitcases and as such he demanded an additional £10 in cash which I had to pay to him-I have evidence of same.

Driver turned up an hour late, this was after I was told over and over he was stuck in traffic at 2am in New Years? ( I recall seeing about 2 other cars on the roads) then the first thing he does when he arrives is phone up someone whilst driving. Moreover, he kept consistently going 10-20 mph above the speed limit causing him to miss about 3 turns making the jorney longer. When we did miss a turn he would simply stop in the middle of the road (multiple times where we stopped to a standstill on the M23!) To end off what was already the worst cab journey of my life the prebooked cab tried to get me to pay him in cash aswell even though already paying online. Won’t use again, I recommend no one else does too!
