I booked a driver to collect my family from the airport, and having detailed the amount of passengers and baggage beforehand I was disappointed when the driver dropped them off and demanded extra money for parking, even though I had pre-paid for a meet and greet service. It's a bit difficult to meet and greet if you don't park your vehicle so that cost should surely have been included in the original price. He was also shocked at the amount of luggage, even though I had made it very clear in the additional notes when get a quote

This was the first time I used your website. It was good up until the bit when I had booked. I did the booking on an iphone. I realised I’d put in the wrong collection time and needed to cancel the journey and rebook or change the time. I went to the my account section which listed the booking, clicked on the booking and a new mini window opened showing the details. At the bottom was a blue cancel button to click on. If I could have clicked on it I would have been able to cancel the journey then do another booking. However I couldn’t click on the button as it was half off the screen at the bottom and the pop up window couldn’t be scrolled down only the page behind it. I tried changing my screen to landscape view, putting the page in desktop version, and changing the text size. I tried to call your telephone number to cancel but your phone line had a message on saying your office was closed. I phoned the taxi company direct to sort it out but it was really inconvenient. Please can you fix this isssue with the pop up booking summary
