I received six calls starting about 25 minutes before agreed pick up time asking me where I was. I realised later it was the driver's attempt to wait in the car and make me walk out and look for him in the parking. I explained I was getting off the plane, getting my bag and going through security, reasons why I couldn't talk and most importantly that he should at least wait for me to be late before calling. I provided my flight details for a reason but clearly it was too hard for the driver to their job and check my flight status. I was 3 minutes early on arrival schedule, so I found these calls to be harassing. I received an email confirmation telling me I was going to be picked up with a sign at arrivals yet I had to walk outside and look for my driver in the street. I got unsurprisingly really mad after 20 minutes of looking around and then the driver threatened to leave me at the airport and leave and I would lose the money of the journey I already paid. As this wasn't enough the driver had the audacity to try and drop me off at the wrong address yelling it was the right one and I had to show him the email confirmation to prove that was not the drop off address I asked for. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.
