“The driver was on time, but the 45 minutes waiting time over our delayed flight was insufficient and surely isn’t enough since the passport control delayed us by nearly 45 minutes in addition! We had to call and generally the driver came to fetch us, charging extra for the hassle. I’d expect better coordination between the taxi company and the airport so this doesn’t happen! Additionally the comms at Stansted are problematic and we had no cell data until we left the airport - therefore we couldn’t be contacted nor contact anyone. The Info desk at the airport saved us. ”
