“I did not use this service due to covid - quite frankly I am glad as they have been extremely unsupportive and not been helpful with regards to changing/refunding our money. They failed to provide a service and I will make sure everyone knows not to use this company! ”

“i tried calling the assigned driver a few days before we were going, but no one picked up. a day before the transfer we received a new notice of a designated driver. i think the booking / confirmation process could be better - especially for first time users”
