I booked a journey for 24 people, and was phoned beforehand to ask if 3 x 8 seater minibuses would be adequate - which I was happy with. However only 1 minibus arrived at the time, and I was told this minibus would be doing 3 journeys back to back. As this was around 30-40 minute round trip, it meant that the final group of people were waiting over an hour until they could be taken, and it also meant that half of the group were over an hour late for an event. To make things worse, when I phoned the owner of the company, I was told he would try to find more vehicles to send and he would contact me back. However I had no response from him. Although the driver himself was nice, I would not recommend this company if you want to get anywhere on time. Also just to note that one of the seats in the back of the minibus was not correctly attached to the floor, so it came off the floor when going around every corner. It did not feel particularly safe!

Our booking was made for 10am collection on 15th March as we had grandstand tickets for Gold cup day at Cheltenham. I received a text message the night before telling me that the driver would be picking us up at 11am instead of 10am on the Saturday so I tried to call the driver to ensure the time on our booking was honoured, not what he had decided. When I finally got through to him on Saturday morning he said that his schedule was very busy and that he wouldn't get to me until 11.30am. This was 1.5 hours passed the original booking time and I explained that this wasn't acceptable as our party of 10 were already waiting to leave. The driver said there was nothing he could do so I called your company who then told me that unfortunately the minibus has broken down, which was not true as I had already spoken to the driver. Once he realised this he then said that the driver would not pick us up as I was rude to him, again this was not true. I was then told that there were no other alternatives and that we would have to find our own form of transport. We were now left stranded and every cab firm seemed to be booked up due to Cheltenham racing. Eventually we found a local taxi company that was able to take us at 12 30pm. This cost us £200 Return and we missed the first race. The whole party were completely stressed about this experience and it spoilt what was supposed to be a great day for us all. We booked with your company more than 6 months in advance and to find out by text message the night before that the minibus was going to be more than an hour late was bad enough, but to not even turn up at all is totally unacceptable. I fully expect to receive a full refund of monies paid to your company and to be reinbursed for the £200 that I had to lay out for the cab journeys which I have receipts for and can email to you if necessary. AVOID The driver was exemplary and in no way to blame - the company and the leader/organiser were outrageously bad. The outward leg went well but during the day the company rang me to say could they put the pick up time back 20 minutes for a job booked months ago and paid in advance ! Reluctantly I agreed insisting it must be no later which I subsequently rechecked with them nearer the time - there was no show by 7.20 even after another call - the company then stopped answering the phone despite me ringing 10 times. The driver was contactable throughout but had been taken off our job to do another and was seething himself as the company were not answering him either - he got back for us 65 minutes late. This company are allegedly well known for messing customers around and ours was not even the drivers first problem this week ! A company to be avoided as they do not appear to care or even talk to them.
