“The driver was fantastic but did not have the correct information from Taxi code and due to this could not complete the journey that was booked and paid for. Despite numerous attempts to try and rectify the situation the taxi code staff were unable/incapable of dealing with the situation that they had created and resulted in additional costs to get to my final destination ”
