It took 1h:40 to the airport because the driver took back routes rather than the expressway. I believe the trip shouldn't have been > 1 hour.

The baby car seat provided was adequate but in a bit older condition and could in due course be upgraded. Many thanks, Charlie

Very good driver, although traffic was congestion, still we arrived on time to the airport. Tks to the driver.

The booking was made the day before and although I had issues with the payment mode. When the taxi turned up it made me aware that the booking was to pick me up and drop me back to the same place at a cost of £49. I queried this but a call came through from the drivers office who stated he had checked the booking but was unable to di anything as it was taxi compares issue. I was then effectively held ransom being told that the driver could drop us back to the hotel or I pay an additional £20, which I ended up doing otherwise we would have missed out flight. I understand that the mistake was also on my side as I should have checked the booking after the payment issues but the taxi office could hsvecalsi called me in the morning and checked when confirming the booking. Lesson is that I will revert to Uber or Bolt in future.
