“I was charged £11 in cash for 17 minutes show up delay which was not mentioned to me before the trip. I had to stop during the trip to get cash from ATM because the £11 must be paid in cash according to the Taxi company. Driver was polite but he was not much helpful in the airport.”

“Perfect, the driver was arriving earlier and managed to get our luggage and 7 members of the family to get on the minibus. because our previous driver from another company couldn't fit 2 members of our family and that's ashamed and very disappointing even though it's the same vehicle. ”
