“The outward journey to Stansted airport was fine. However the return flight from Santander to Stansted was delayed by 2 hours which meant that instead of arriving at 11.30pm, I would be arriving at 1.30am. I informed the taxi company (Fargo) by text and they promptly cancelled the booking, asking me to contact Taxicode. I attempted to call, but there was no answer, not even the possibility of leaving an answerphone message. I asked Fargo if they had an email address that I could contact you on because there is no mention of it on your website. They gave me help@taxicode.co.uk, which was returned as undeliverable. On arriving at Stansted, I had to queue and wait for 2 hours to book another taxi which cost me an additional £103. I understand that it was late, I even understand that Fargo were not inclined to take the job. However, the return trip had been paid for and the fact that there was absolutely no way of contacting Taxicode to arrange an alternative car or ultimately a refund is not what I call customer service.”
