“The driver arrived at 06:51 and said he need to pray, then he went into the corner of the common area he urinated. Disgusting. Then When we left my home now at 07:11 the first thing he said to me was I need to pay £10 more because I was late.. and it needs to be cash, I looked at the email and it said £5. And I said to M-him it’s £5 then he wanted to have an argument. I remained quiet for the rest of the journey that he decided to make as long as possible by taking a long route. I gave him £10 cash when I arrived at the far end of the drop off place I wasn’t ask if that was convenient to me. Please check his journey planner on the morning of 29th September. I would actually like to take this further and make an official complaint and get my money back. The service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Not satisfied at all. ”
