“Car didnt turn up. Didnt have a car available for this journey even though it was pre paid and booked.
Customer called and said a car would be 10 minutes but they didnt have a car at this point. Ended up ordering an Uber for the journey. Customer was told to stand outside and just wait.
Not acceptable and will never be using again. ”
