“Unfortunately Bentley had an accident this morning and could not travel but your Driver arrived promptly and I spoke directly to him to expolain.”

“There was really confusion for all trips we booked for this stay, drivers tried to change times, one didn't show at all. And it's not clear if any of ths will be refunded. Will never use this platform again. ”

“A taxi arrived and we confirmed that he was taking us to our destination. He said yes, so we get in. About 10-15 minutes into the ride, I discover that it was the wrong taxi. Our taxi was still waiting for us. So then our current driver drops us off on the side of the road under his manager's directions to wait 15 minutes for the other driver. Three single women now waiting in the sun during a heat wave with our airport luggage. On top of that, we were charged not only for the ride, but another 15 pounds for the partial ride!! I expect a full refund.”
