“Very good service even with the high volume of taxis ect at the hydro the driver kept in contact so we received the correct vehicle the driver was very good and had a great knowledge of where we were going i will definitely use again thanks”

“We were not told we had to go to the pick up point (assumed to be met with a name card at arrivals) we haven't been to Glasgow before so needed some direction on where to go This confusion/delay could have been avoided with clearer communication”
