“The driver was 15 minutes early which is good obviously but when he called to say he was here I said okay you're a bit early so we arent quite ready yet and he said well it's better early than late isn't it. He was quite rude actually but the bus and the journey were good and we reached the destination on time so it was a good experience overall just the driver that let it down slightly. ”
