“I didn’t receive any message prior to the landing to have information about the pickup as usual. I received a message 30 minutes after the landing to connect with the driver. But as I received no information before I did consider my reservation as cancelled or not considered. I had to find another solution on my side. I’m asking a refunding for the service tonight.”
