I was told I would be receiving a partial refund, but I still have yet to receive it or any sort of email confirming I should be receiving it. When I asked what the refund amount would be, I never got a response. I was told it was already approved and processed, yet weeks later and I haven’t received it or been told the amount to expect. ”

“The booking was subcontracted to a company that upgraded the car and adjusted the milage adding GBP38 to the total confirmed cost and asking me to authorize this charge before confirming. This was late in the day, after having confirmation from taxi code. When we tried to reach the subcontracted company - there was no reply as it was after hours. This left us uncertain if we had a ride coming esrly in the morning to get us to the airport on time or not. Unnecessarily stressful. I would not use your company again.”
