Hi! It was the first time I booked a taxi with this company and I am very disapointed! I have provided my flight number in order to allow the driver to check if any delays.unfortunatly my flight was delayed. Once Ianded I thought the driver would be waiting but noboday was there so I decided to wait. Waited for about 10-15 mins and no trace of driver so I decided to call the custumer centre-NO ANSWER after calling several times. I did not have any contact from the driver baring in mind I have provided my phone number. After a long wait and several calls made I have decided to call for an UBER . Just before my UBER ARRIVED (I only had to wait for 5 mins) I recieved an e-mail to say that the driver cancelled as he didn’t have any answer from me! Which I found it to be ridiculous after I’ve been waiting at the airport in the cold, being tired and having to go to work on the same day! On top of everything else I have been charged the money for the journey that never took place !!!

The driver never arrived and we had to get Uber’s the 2nd Uber arrived at 5.43 and our car was booked for 5am . Didn’t even receive a call to advise they couldn’t make it Have requested a refund .

Taxi driver didn't come to the airpot terminal. We didn't know his location and we couldn't contact him. We booked for 23.15 h and the taxi driver go out at 23.50h without us.We were waiting at the airport terminal from 23.15 h.we had to pay another taxi and we lost our money.we arrived at 2.00h a.m. to our location at the UK. Really really bad service.
