“Only 5 minutes late but stressful for an early morning pick up. I had to call to find out where he was after the pick up time. Would have been resolved by a quick text ahead of pick up time to confirm his arrival time. Otherwise a clean car, good driving and an enjoyable ride. I would use again.”

“Thank you to our driver. The motorway to the airport was closed and we were very close to missing our flight. Our driver found the quickest alternative route, got us to the airport just in time and even lent me £1 for a luggage trolley. Thanks to him we made our flight.”

“The second time that I’ve used your service from Gatwick airport and was not met by the driver either time. The app states that it is meet and greet for airport pickups but this is incorrect in my experience.”

“The driver was absolutely excellent. There was however a mistake from Taxicode and unfortunately their handling of the mistake was less than ideal. Fortunately for me my driver was very helpful. I will not use Taxicode again and don’t intend to recommend it either.”
