“Our driver picked us up on time and she was lovely to speak to. However we amended our booking to an earlier pick up because we wanted to get home earlier as we had plans. Unfortunately our driver wasn’t the greatest at following her sat nav. She didn’t put my postcode in, just the road name so ended up taking us to Bootle first… I live in Ellesmere Port! Then turnings kept being missed and the longest route was taken to get us home. We were picked up at half 12am and didn’t get home till gone 2am! I’m really disappointed in the service and I’m really unhappy with the fact we‘ve paid £51 for it. A journey which should have only taken half an hour took us nearly two hours!! ”
