“Hi! I cancelled this. And, you refused to refund me. Despite me cancelling within seconds of booking, and crucially well before you confirmed a driver for the trip. I don't understand how this is legal. No one was inconvenienced except for myself. You took my money with impunity having performed nothing in consideration. Very unhappy ”
