“I booked a return trip and there was a problem on return leg - driver went to home address again instead of airport as requested. Had to phone to find out where they were and by time they arrived to correct location more than 20 mins late - very annoying after a 20 hour transatlantic trip! There was therefore no ‘meet and greet’ in end. ”
