“Very disappointed with the overall service. Firstly, I ordered a 12 seater minibus that did not show up but instead a small minibus and a taxi. This was a real let down as we specifically asked for a 12 seater in order to travel together and we feel this put a negative start on the Hen Do. On the way back, we had to wait over half an hour later than our agreed time and only one small minibus arrived so not all of us could fit into the bus. After travelling all day this was not ideal. The drivers response to this was that it was not his problem and did not show any signs of caring or sorting the problem. We had to wait a further 20 minutes for the second taxi to arrive. Overall an extremely disappointing service that I definitely won’t use again or recommend to anybody. I feel that the lack of service deserves some financial compensation as I paid for a service that did not meet our requirements in any form. ”
