“I needed to cancel the journey but your offices are not open outside of normal hours so I was unable to do so. The driver texted me on arrival and I told him he was not required. I had paid in advance and wish I had not done. I believe a refund is appropriate - you need to provide a method to allow your clients to alter or cancel journeys!!!”

“ONLY issue - something to do with a 3 pound charge to drop at the Birmingham airport terminal and not make her walk 10 minutes on her own. Would have been happy to pay that up front - maybe it was there but I didn't see anything in the booking process saying pay extra so you get dropped at the door. So a very nervous young woman thought she was going to be dropped away from the terminal and have to walk 10 minutes or so with all her luggage because she could not pay the 3 pounds. Anyway, I phoned from Australia and asked for an invoice so I could pay during her journey and the fee was waived, so absolutely nothing bad to say and I would highly recommend ETS. I booked this from Australia with less than a days notice and everything bar the above was perfect. Thank you.”
