“I was unable to speak to anyone at taxicode to clarify a journey I had booked. Spoke to taxi driver who said they never answer, so ut went wrong. Taxi booked for Saturday morning 22nd July to pick my sister up to deliver to wedding party cancelled that Saturday morning, have you any idea how inconvenient , stressful, upsetting and annoying that was, IF I DIDNT NEED A TAXI I WOULDN'T HAVE BOOKED THE TAXI, APPALLING WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS NEVER AGAIN”
