“The driver did not have any ID and the car was not obviously a taxi. While this didn't bother me, it could make some people nervous, especially if travelling alone. I wasn't given details of the driver or car before being picked up (as far as I can see). The cost was perhaps a bit high. The actual trip, driver, timing etc. were great.”

“The driver was great. The area for improvement is customer communication. Eg. There is no confirmation of pick up the day before travel. I emailed the address provided twice and no one ever responded. When I reached a country where I could make a telephone call, the person who answered the phone said ‚Yes?‘ like it was a personal phone number, which was alarming and thought we had been scammed. I had to ask if they were a taxi company and what their name was. Very u professional which belied how good the driver was and pretty much everything else.”
