“We were going to Slough to meet with my sister on a surprise visit. The driver was excellent and even parked a few doors away to add to the excitement. I will definitely use TAXICODE services again. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable.”

“The vehicle turned up ten minutes late and as we had a plane to catch we had to make alternative arrangements, rather than wait, as the tracking app still showed him 20 minutes away at the allotted time. I tried calling the number given but there was no answer. All in all the service could not have been worse. Despite my telephone calls, emails and texts complaining no one has reached out to offer a refund.”
