The Arrow taxi group was founded as Arrow Private Hire in the year of 1987 and has been under the same ownership for over 27 years. Starting with just 5 cars, our family run business has gone from strength to strength and now boasts over 110 vehicles. As residents of Worthing, West Sussex, we can honestly say that we care about serving the local community. At Arrow we believe we are truly the full transport package, providing an unbeatable service for all your travel needs. We have a fully dedicated team of staff that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. With modern saloons, estates, multi-seater and wheelchair accessible vehicles we have a suitable vehicle whatever the distance. “Arrow Cars did not recieve the booking notification from Taxicode. I called them several times during the evening and when I called Taxicode on the number provided, there was no reply and I was not even able to leave a message (line went dead). This took up my time and basically ruined my enjoyment of the party I was at. I recieved no messages from Taxicode and they simply did not fulfill the service they promised as no taxi appeared. I am left fuming, particularly as I paid up front by Paypal. What a waste of time! Never again.”

“We tracked him and aside from taking 20 minutes to get from Shoreham which is a 5-10 journey (the roads were fine) he then went the wrong way. I told him we were picking up friends in the way in the same village. At first he refused then said he would charge £2 to do that? I explained I already paid for the journey, he did not believe me and so I had to show him your confirmation email for him to believe me. The car he used had engine warning lights on!! The type that you are supposed to immediately seek assistance from a garage! Finally despite driving slowly he failed to see stationary traffic ahead and nearly rear-ended the car in front. I Won’t be using this service again if this is the quality to expect!! ”
