On the outward journey, the bus went very slowly at times - occasionally 20mph on the dual carriageway Tring bypass. The vehicle seemed to struggle going uphill. There was no choice for pick up venue for the return journey so I sent an email to your company asking for us to be picked up at an Italian restaurant in Watford. Despite this, the taxi waited for us outside the theatre. I had to redirect the driver to the restaurant and the taxi eventually turned up 1/4 late. Not impressed.

Dear sir/Madame I'm writing this email to in regards to our transport on Saturday 1st December to Newbury races. The payment terms clearly state the price and seating and a coach, what we paid for was a 24 seat coach ..what we received was a 16 seat old minibus that didn't fitted any luggage and was over 30mins late, the driver also didn't transport any of our belongings which were never return so lost a considerable amount of money there. This is a considerable down grade to our transport and enjoyable travel. I am requesting a 60 percent refund as this is what I would have paid If I wanted a mini bus not a coach as o have been down graded servirly here this is what I'm requesting. Thanks Kevin

Our flight was delayed by 12 hours so we got in touch with your booker Hussein who efficiently rearranged our taxi service. The driver was on time in a clean (and warm) car which was much appreciated and we had a safe and uneventful journey. He was friendly and polite and helped with our luggage-couldn't ask for more!

Driver on time, he even gave us a call to tell us where to meet outside the terminal. The minibus was a little bit old but well, the price was very good compare to other companies, so don't expect a brand new vehicule. I'll use again.

Absolutely appalling service. Arrived 40 minutes late and poor attitude from the driver - we were almost late for the wedding. The van was then filthy and we had to direct the driver. On the return journey, members of our group had to flag him down - he then went the wrong way and went to Wales. The journey should've taken half an hour and was over an hour. Do not use.
