“On the first journey, the driver was pleasant and drove safely and would have got 5 stars for everything. On the return journey the driver was rude and argumentative. He went the wrong way as he ignored what the satnav said. He was driving very fast and the car in front had slowed in the road to allow someone to turn, the taxi driver breaked suddenly and swerved over the middle line until he came to a stop on a slant to the road. He then proceeded to shout abuse at the driver who had stopped. I didnt feel safe ”
