“Happy with the driver and that the car arrived exactly on time. However, I did take up the offer of a better car (VW Caravelle) that was offered at the time I made the booking. However, I received an email to say that a 4 person standard car would be sent, as the larger car that I had paid for was unavailable. As it stands, I have paid the increased price for a car that was not provided, Can a refund be issued for the difference please.”
