Literally the worst journey of my life. Driver didn't answer his phone for 15 minutes and then claimed I was late so charged me extra. Locked doors in the taxi and demanded payment immediately whilst on motorway. Seatbelt in back was broken and so baby seat for my 6 month old wouldn't fit behind the passenger seat. Driver suggested I wedge it in by pushing the passenger seat back. When I said this wasn't just dangerous but illegal he shrugged. Finally got it in behind his seat. He was texting whilst driving on the motorway and when I asked him to not do it as my baby was in the back he started ranting and got so angry I was petrified the whole journey back. He drove over the speed limit the whole way, in the pouring rain and in the dark. Again, I asked him to slow down and he did for about 5 mins and then continued speeding again and dricing too close to other cars. We were two women and a 6 month old baby and I ended uo in tears as I was so scared. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Hi there, I has been hesitated to leave my feedback to you as normally I don’t.. but you had asked me a couple of times so will give you my bad feedback.. First of all, he didn’t pick me up at the airport, he called me and asked me to come to the first floor of the car park and didn’t appeare for a while even I called him back as I reached there. Although the driver charged me the car park fee, he skipped paying for that...It looked very dodgy. Apparently (my search of goggle map), from Gatwick airport to my home takes for an hour and 10 min however he didn’t take the quickest route and even couldn’t follow by his car navigation so it took for over an hour and a half in the midnight.. After many mistake of the route, I started suggesting him how to go to my place.. and in the end, when I arrived at home, he asked me to pick my suitcase up from the back by myself! To be honest, he was the worst taxi driver so I will never ever use your taxi again. Many thanks, M

It was a real struggle because the night before pick up we were told that there would be an additional fee for multiple stops. The amount of that fee went from an extra £10 for each stop to 2 stops for £5 and then when we actually got in the car the driver asked for £7. To make it worse, the driver didn’t even pick up in the right location, first stop he asked them to meet him on another road. The driver was rude and made no attempt to help us with our bags when we were clearly struggling. We wanted to give our money to a more local taxi group but to be honest I think if we were to book a taxi again it would be via Uber.

Driver called in advance to advise his ETA. With co-ordination by phone parking charges were restricted to £4 (as quoted). Driver was courteous and professional. Vehicle was in good condition. The journey was fast in light traffic. I am very satisfied with the service.

I booked 3 services and the first 2 were cancelled at late notice leaving the passengeer stranded at the airport and at his hotel This service is terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone.
