“Driver and trip was great.. Couldn't fault it.. However, the build up to the trip was poor with no communication from taxicode to inform me that the first company they booked couldn't take the booking almost causing me to cancel the booking after trying to call them for 2 hours with no answer and numerous links on the webpage failing. ”

“After you cancelled my first uber booking (from Manchester to Liverpool on friday), this one was just fine. The cancellation came VERY late - just as we boarded our flight from Billund, DK - so we very in a pretty tough situation friday just around midninght with no transportation. 5£ discount on this trip was fine - but not overwhelming. ”
