“We arrived at 10am as requested. There was no one waiving a sign with our name. I spent the next 2 hours walking up and down the lines of large taxis hoping that somehow I had missed seeing some indication that a driver was maybe looking for us. Eventually we contacted the driver who advised me that he arrived at 9.15 am and, after not seeing us, had driven off. After discussing with head office we hailed 2 taxis to take us to our destination. The fact that I had left my phone on flight mode did not help communication wise. However I am convinced that no taxi awaited us that day in the Queen Victoria Cruise terminal ”
