“My flight was cancelled . The pickup was supposed to be at noon 12:00. I cancelled the taxi trip before 9 AM. Phoenix transportation claims I am not eligible for refunding because the driver had already been dispatched. That cannot be true because the drive from Heathrow to the intended pick up location takes only 1h45 mins. So the taxi company did not incure any costs and still I had to pay the whole sum of 300 pounds. This is not acceptable. I will next time use a different taxi company”
