“You ripped me off gbp18 which your driver hassled me to pay . You got the job by quoting a price and then your driver waffled on about the extra cost saying I had been advised of it. After a 15hour flight I was in no mood to argue. In fact I later discovered the extra cost was due to you claiming you miscalculate the mileage and forgetting the gbp8 cost you had to pay at carpark. i.e. your mistake. So give me back thegbp18 you ripped me off. So NO I DO NOT want to give a tip, except to others who might consider using you so they will be ADVISED NOTTO. I will submit a review on Trustpilot s you get and appropriate rating. I do at least 4 airport journeys a year, so you will loose out as I will not use you again”

“Not so happy I had a text to suggest an upgrade to a larger vehicle this did not happen I paid an extra £20.00 which I would like refunded. Probably use UBER next time.Tip already provided ”

“Booking the cab online was an easy process. The team responded very quickly to my email to make a change to the original order. My flight was delayed and the driver met me on time. He was very helpful and an excellent driver. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again!”

“My one major problem is the additional car parking fee that got applied after the booking took place. Surely (as airport transfer providers) this should not have been a surprise to you. This should be included within the price when booking. I made my decision to book based on the price quoted, which then was £15 more (£7 + £8) I may have gone by train or driven myself and parked had I known the true costs.”
