“Disappointed with Pumpkin Cars who tried to charge me additional after booking and paying with Taxicode. Then the driver was late and not ready to meet and greet in the airport terminal. Then Pumpkin tried to charge me for delay more than 30 mins. A bit of a cheek considering service was not great.”

“Driver was 30 minutes late, though he was polite about it. My biggest concern was the unsafe driving on both journeys - speeding, dangerous overtaking, and tailing vehicles. I was also charged an additional 5 GBP for the drop off which should have been included in the trip cost. ”
