We are at the start of our business and our main work comes from airport transfers, cruise transfers,club runs and local jobs.

This taxi was booked for 2 colleagues heading to Chichester Theatre for a meeting at 10.30 The taxi was booked for 10.06 - the time their train was supposed to arrive. When the train was delayed, my colleague contacted the driver, whose number she had from your email, informing him of the new time they would arrive. It was delayed further. She then contacted him again on each occasion that the train was further delayed. In total she called and spoke to him on the phone twice, and text him once. He sent her a rude text back and left, so there was no taxi waiting for them when they did eventually arrive. I am very unimpressed with this service - both with his rudeness - it was clearly not in their control that the train was delayed, and there was no need for him to be rude - and at the lack of taxi waiting for them when they finally arrived. She kept him informed, which was the most she could do under the circumstances, and then arrived, clearly already late for their meeting, to find he had driven off and they had to make their own way to the theatre, arriving even later. Surely a taxi service picking people up from stations makes allowances for trains being delayed? This seems like it must be a fairly regular occurrence. Do you always leave your already late customers stranded? I really think this £28.50 should be refunded as soon as possible.
