“Driver was late (although company ironically messaged me in the wee hours to say the driver could be ready early). Company messaged me again to say he was arriving, would be out front of hotel, and was a minute away. Was almost ten minutes late, parked across a busy street, motioned for me to come across the street with a minor and refused to help with bags until I took the backpack off the small suitcase. Didn’t apologize for being late. Or explain why he couldn’t come to front of hotel. Company said maybe due to restricted parking but we were standing in an open spot behind other cabs. Finally, driver not friendly. Leave a tip- here’s a tip- do better next time. ”
